I cut out the circles from the patterned paper, put some random stitching on them, and added the brads which I had distressed......I used a wordstrip from Cosmo Cricket for the title...and the Prima packaging as a bit of kraft paper on this layout.

Celebrate Card--Totally simple, I used the long journaling card, folded it in half and embellished with a sticker, ribbon, cut out wave, and flowers/buttons!! It took less than 10 minutes to complete!

Girlie Girl--I used the flowers and a die cut from the April kit to finish off this layout. The colors matched perfectly!

Swim--I cut the inside out of the bracket PP and layered it over the yellow CS to show depth. I trimmed the waves and added Stickles to the edges to create a "glistening" feel. LOVE how it turned out!
I love the journaling cards. They were perfect for "patterned paper" and used them on all but the Swim layout.
I love using patterned paper for background, but sometimes it might be a bit too busy. For this layout I used the journaling tags to add a neutral background to "mat" the photos. I also painted the alphas with black paint to help it stand out.
QT pie-- For this layout I used a bunch of scrap pieces from the Surf's Up kit. The cream PP came from the middle of the "1st Swim" layout. Also used the journaling sheet and the flowers. I used stickers from the AC sticker book to create my own "patterned" paper at the bottom.
