Techniques and notes:
I used silver paint on all the edges of the paper, painted chipboard and acrylic pieces to give it sparkle. Everything is the kit, except ink/paint, thread, and orange ribbon.
Before I sewed together two pieces of patterned paper back to back, I put some torn tissue paper inbetween...not too much, maybe 1/4" layer inside..but not too close to the edge. I used some tape runner in the corners, etc. to hold it in place,
then I stitched it closed. It is hard to tell in the pics, but it gives it a cute puffy and squishy feeling.
