GENERAL QUESTIONS -

• When do kits go on sale?
  Kits usually go on sale on the last day of the month.


• How do I place an order?
  Click on the Paypal buttons under each item. All payments must be made through Paypal. You do not need a Paypal account to use Paypal. 8.75% sales tax will be added to orders placed from within and/or shipped to California. All sales are final.


• What are your shipping rates?
  More detail is listed below, but for U.S. customers the shipping rates vary between $5-$8. We also ship internationally.


• What if I want to only buy non-kit items. What would be the shipping rate?
  We use a flat rate for U.S. orders. See below for more details.


• How much do I need to buy to qualify for free shipping?
  We offer free shipping on all U.S. orders over $75.


• What if my order is damaged?
  If you receive your order with any damages, we will do our best to replace it with the same item. If the item is no longer available, we will contact you to discuss different options.


• When does my order ship?
  Orders will ship within 3-5 business days as they are placed, subject to any unforeseen circumstances or events. Most of the time, if you place an order by 8PM (pacific time) we will do our best to get your package mailed out on the next business day. We also wait for Paypal payments to clear before shipping.

SHIPPING INFORMATION -
FOR ALL CUSTOMERS -
On average, a maximum of 4 kits/add-ons can fit in one box. If your order includes more kits than will fit in one box, we will have to ship your order in two boxes and charge additional shipping. If this happens, we will contact you.
Paper-only and cardstock-only add-ons ship free with the purchase of a kit. All items from the Miki-Mart also ship free with the purchase of a kit.

INTERNATIONAL
For International customers, the main shipping option is now First Class. If you would like to have your order shipped Priority, email us and we will get back to you with a shipping quote. The following rates are all conditional on all the items fitting in one box and weighting less than 4 pounds. After 4 pounds, we have to use Priority Mail. We will notify you if this happens. Insurance is also available upon request.

First class - 2-5 weeks delivery time
Priority - 6-10 days delivery time

Any custom duties, fees and/or taxes are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for any packages that are opened or damaged by customs.
